During the week, go directly to the shop at 170 Flinders Parade, Sandgate. It's the bright orange house on the beach. If no one is at the shop, wait by the van over the road. The staff will meet you there at your booked time. At weekends, meet directly at the beach over the road to the shop. You will see the setup there with a gazebo and flags.
There is free parking at the beachfront.
You can also easily reach Sandgate Beach with public transport. Sandgate Train Station is a direct train ride from Brisbane Central and takes about half an hour. Then it's just a 15-20 min walk to the beach.
Yes, there are public toilets and outdoor showers next to the beach.
