At Travello, we are committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency about how your data is handled. If you wish to delete your Travello account and permanently remove your personal data from our systems, you can do so by following the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data
You can request to delete your Travello account and associated personal data directly through the Travello app by following these steps:
- Open the Travello app and navigate to your Profile.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Manage Account.
- Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated personal information will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes any content you have shared, messages, and other data stored within Travello.
⚠ Important:
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
- Any posts, comments, or interactions you have made within the Travello community will also be permanently erased.
- If you have made any purchases through Travello, those transactions will no longer be accessible after deletion.
Alternative Method for Data Deletion Requests
If you experience any issues deleting your account through the app or require further assistance, you may submit a data deletion request by contacting us at:

In your request, please include:
- The email address associated with your Travello account.
- A confirmation that you wish to delete your account permanently.
We will process your request within 2 business days and send a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
