Once inside, go to the welcome desk of Madame Brasserie located between the northern and eastern pillars of the Eiffel Tower, and collect your lift ticket to the first floor. The hostess at the welcome desk will indicate the lift to take to reach Madame Brasserie. Please make sure to show up at the Eiffel Tower 45 minutes before your booking time to have time to pass through the security check, collect your lift ticket at the welcome desk, and go up to Madame Brasserie.
