Here, you'll be able to sample some delicious home baking before heading north. As you travel through Cairngorms National Park, you'll discover some of the most spectacular scenery in the the UK, and 5 of its highest mountains! Then, it's time for the second stop of the day, Loch Ness. Take an optional cruise on the loch to hunt for the monster and explore Urquhart Castle.As you bid farewell to Nessie and pass through the Great Glen, you'll reach the Commando Memorial which was dedicated to the Royal Marine Commandos who trained there. Snap some shots of Ben Nevis here, the UK's highest mountain. Then it's onto Glen Coe which is steeped in beauty and history. As you stand at the mouth of the glen, you'll feel the past come to life as your guide tells you about the terrible massacre of Glen Coe.As you head back to Edinburgh, you'll pass by the Stirling to salute William Wallace which is the perfect end to your Scottish adventure!
